TaroTaro is a web service for tarot study, reading practice, and personal records. By using the service, you agree to these terms.

1. Purpose and Nature of the Service

TaroTaro provides tarot card draws, study content, and personal reading records for learning, reflection, and entertainment. The service does not provide factual verification, guaranteed future results, or professional advice.

2. User Responsibilities

• You must use the service in compliance with applicable laws and these terms.
• You may not infringe another person's rights, reputation, privacy, or intellectual property.
• You may not interfere with normal service operation through automated access, malware, security bypassing, scraping, or excessive requests.
• You may not use the service for unlawful, fraudulent, impersonating, harassing, or abusive purposes.

3. Accounts and Records

You may use TaroTaro with a nickname or Google login. Questions, notes, and reading records may be stored to provide personal record features. Local records are stored in your browser and may be lost if you clear browser data or change devices.

4. Content and Intellectual Property

TaroTaro text, study content, UI composition, edited materials, and service presentation may not be copied, redistributed, sold, commercially reused, used to build datasets, or used for AI training or model fine-tuning beyond personal learning and non-commercial commentary. External card images remain subject to their own source and license terms.

5. Ads, External Links, and Service Changes

TaroTaro may display advertising such as Google AdSense and may include links to external websites. External websites are governed by their own terms and policies. TaroTaro may change, delay, suspend, or limit features for security, legal, technical, operational, or stability reasons.

6. Limitation of Liability

Readings and interpretations are for entertainment, study, and self-reflection and do not replace medical, legal, tax, investment, labor, psychological, or other professional advice. This limitation does not exclude liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

7. Changes and Governing Law

These terms may be updated due to service changes or legal requirements. Updated terms become effective when posted on this page. These terms are interpreted under the laws of the Republic of Korea unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
